The last cream cheese that I bought before this one was a year ago already. Never realized by then that it will expire on a certain date. So it was just thrown away because of my delaying tactics in baking. You know how costly cream cheese are. Thanks to American Heritage's BUY 1 TAKE 1 promo. I grabbed 2 sets, so that was 4 boxes. I was cramming last sunday to finish my laundry. I have to have time to bake my cake at once since it was labelled EXP: 11/2011. Huh, good marketing strategy eh!
But fiinally! I have achieved the right consistency of this cake. Crunchy crust. Melt in your mouth cream cheese and not too sweet blueberries.
Hmmm...I can smell America's country goodness air.
I need more Best -Before-November cream cheese! :) hahha!!
