Kitchen Boss: Pork Binagoongan with tomato sauce

 My second cooking post na uma-ala Rachael Ray since 2011 (see this) less the
27" waistline. Hahahaha...



A bottle of bagoong was sitting in my cupboard for almost a year now. 
Good thing no expiry dates for shrimp paste(???).
So before I gobble a cup-full of rice, I inserted health in this viand.
I added ampalaya and tomato sauce into it to balance the fat and saltiness of this dish.
Husband's verdict?
Perfecto!
