Sinigang sowsy

Tried to cook the Red sinigang fever.

Put the onion, pork and tomatoes, and tomato sauce in a deep pot, fill with 6 cups of water (add more if you want more sabaw). Let it boil until meat is soft and tender. Add the fish sauce, magic sarap to enhance the flavor of meat (optional), tamarind powder and tomato sauce, then let it boil in a minute or two. Then add all the vegetables. Turn off the heat.

What did I do with the dried chili? I placed it in a small bowl, put fish sauce on it, added kalamansi, and voila! my sawsawan. Sinigang with sawsawan? try it.
