Peanut butter and fruit Sushi

Ingredients
whole wheat bread
Skippy® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter or any other brand of peanut butter
fruit (kiwi, mango and/or strawberries)

Directions
cut whole wheat bread into 4 slices. Arrange on baking sheet and bake 8 minutes or until toasted.
Spread peanut butter on toasted bread, then top with fruit.







I have found a recipe that can keep us awake in the morning.
less the fruits, my kids love to take this at school for their snack. 
They prefer Skippy. but I love Lily's more (budget wise speaking here :)....)

Last time i checked in landmark they have this Skippy and I was hesitant to try but I guess its time now:)
